All items available on this site are on pre-order/pre-purchase. All sales are final. We will ship it to you as fast as physically possible. 

Please note: We're currently only shipping to the UK sorry for any inconvenience.

How long will my order take ?

Your order will be delivered to you within 5 weeks. If it's not with you within 5 weeks DM us on Twitter @B3Whole.  DHL, DPD and the main use in UK will be Royal Mail.

Will I be notified when my orders on its way?

Yes! You'll receive an email from our store directly when it's been dispatched. This may or may not have a Tracking number. If you don't get given one with your email... Don't worry, it is on its way!!

What size will I need ?

It'll be depending on your shape. It is a regular fit, perfect fit will be your regular size and a baggy fit will be a size up if possible.

Will we have a variation of colours ?

Sadly no, the only colours we have are stated on the products page.

Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed ?

Unfortunately no, this is not possible. Once your order has been placed you cannot change sizes, colours, addresses etc.

Can I receive a refund ?

We do not do refunds, once your order is placed we'll do everything we can to get your order to you.

Do I need to be in a specific country to place an order?

We ship to different countries depending on the item. The main countries we ship to are United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia.

Will I be charged VAT?

Sadly, yes. This is not on our side. Our provider charges VAT so in order to get order out we need to charge customers VAT.

Why was I refunded ?

The most common reasons will be insufficient funds on the payment that you chose, we may have been unable to send you your item for a while. Or a fault on our side, like the store or the item itself.

Our Brand service

- We use a Print on demand service. This means that when you've placed your order it'll need to be produced then shipped. 

If you're on here due to an issue we apologise. We'll get your problem solved soon as possible.
